[2] Meet the Bloggers
I know you love reading John Chow, he is an inspiration for so many new kids in the blogsphere, but do you know that his two little daughters Ashley Chow and Sally Chow are also blogs. Well now you can call that blogging runs in the Chow family. Both Ashley and Sally run their blog on WP theme MistyLook, but why? because their dad too started his blog journey initially with the same WP Theme, now that means they are following Dad’s foot step sincerely. Go and check out their little blogs too.
[3] Alexa Changes its Ranking System
And the world ranking of many sites affected by that. But the good news is that if you were fed up with this message which was appearing every time you checked up your blog ranking that it is NOT IN TOP 100,000 is now over and as a result new site with ranking over 100,000 can also have its graph telling stories about its traffic for the last three months.
When Alexa began displaying rankings in 1998 it was with the goal of showing Alexa Toolbar users how popular any given site was within the Alexa community. We generated the rankings through an analysis of Internet usage by people who use the Alexa Toolbar. Since that time we’ve been delighted to see that the Alexa Rankings have become a yardstick by which website popularity is measured. We are grateful to the thousands of people who come to Alexa.com each day to check the Alexa Rankings.
We believe that our new rankings system is much closer to what you asked for. We now aggregate data from multiple sources to give you a better indication of website popularity among the entire population of Internet users. You gave us many other suggestions as well, and we are working hard to implement them. [5] Amitabh Bachachan Starts his Blog
After Aamir Khan Bollywood Actor and star of the millennium Mr. Amitabh Bachachan has started his own blog on April 18th. On his first blog post the man who rules the Bollywood film industry says;
I have today opened my Blog to find hundreds of reactions and inputs. Frankly i had never expected this. But now that i have , i am committed to respond to them. There are several that need a personal answer because of the nature of their queries or comments. I am going to start doing that as i work on my set, in between shots.
