Music Video with Webcams

Well if you ask me this is something which I see everywhere but still I can’t hold myself posting it on my blog. Now this is what i called creativity, the entire music video has been shot with web CAMs. If you watch it carefully you will see how much of hard work has been put into making this music video.

This music video was shot for Sour’s ‘Hibi no Neiro’ (Tone of everyday) from their first mini album ‘Water Flavor EP’. The cast were selected from the actual Sour fan base, from many countries around the world. Each person and scene was filmed purely via webcam.

Director: Masashi Kawamura + Hal Kirkland + Magico Nakamura + Masayoshi Nakamura

  2. Most webcams I have do not keep the video up with the sound and digital camcorders are the same…does anyone have any experiance with filming yourself play music? What do you use. I can’t afford too much right now and would prefer a camera with a good Mic.

  3. webcam videos has no quality at all, its always a webcam just for socializing with others and not for music videos or something.

  6. Wow thanks for sharing, it was a really cool video. I love when musicians get their fans involved.

  7. One has to admire modern technology. It is just getting beter and better. Soon we will see a full motion picture that has been shot using mobile phone cameras only…..if it hasn’t been done already!

  8. It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mp3/mpg videos with windows movie maker… save your file as wmv and then upload.
