This warning is a Malware, It appears to scan the user’s hard drive for .torrent files and displays these as ’evidence’ of an earlier infringement . The user is then offered an option to settle the case right away or face imprisonment and fines. The fee to settle out of court? $399.85.
The heck is that some people really falls prey to this warning and get ready to pay the price. But now you know what you have to do about it if you see such warning on your PC.

That’s crazy and scary too. Hadn’t I known it’s a malware, I wonder what my reaction would be if I see that warning on my PC. Glad I read it here.
Oh my God.. I may scare just because of the threat that it will not let me work.. and dunno exactly what I will think or even do at that point of moment.. its scary
I have some old backups files I really need to get into, they have the old files ext.’s .tib and they are backups of emails from IE. I cant find any software and the new IE is now .eml and seems that it will not support .tib please help what do I do?

I probably would have closed it and uninstalled whatever was doing this and gone on with my life.
