When its comes to self Hosted blogging the only thing which comes to our mind is WordPress. This is the most popular self hosted blogging tool no doubt but the fact is that this is not the only blogging software available, let me give you a list of my top Blogging software here;

WordPress

This website runs on WordPress Blogging Software, i have also created some of my niche sited with joomla but not have tested the other blogging software mentioned above.

Initially I created my blog on blooger.com, but creating a blog on a free  platform is just like living in a rented accommodation they always has a right to through away your stuff on ground. More over if you wish to make Money out of blogging then self-hosted blog is a must and WordPress is the software i would recommend to you.

   I have only used blogger.com and wordpress for creating self hosted blogs and they are one of the best site used for self hosting.

   I have never even heard of 3 of these. WordPress probably controls 90% share of all blogs out there.
