No, you don’t need to, all you have to do is to register yourself with some merchants, service providers or affiliate networks and choose the product of your interest 0r which you think is potential for promoting; using various tools and methods which have been explained in earlier posts of this series.
Q. Do I need to invert some money to get started in affiliate marketing?
I will not say that affiliate marketing costs nothing as everything has an opportunity costs, but for jumping into affiliate marketing you don’t need to sell your house, don’t even need a website or blog for that matter. here is the of bare minimum cost that require to spent

Great post and good advice from all the people who succeeded, they are very true and if you follow them you will succeed as well. Patience is key to succeeding and never giving up even it looks like you are failing. If you keep at it eventually you will succeed.
I think I will try my luck first on social networking. It’s easier to do and it doesn’t cost much.
Great tips — especially the part about “that social networking sites like twitter and facebook cost nothing but eats lots of your time”.
I don’t do a lot of Facebook or Twitter marketing myself but manage to make a PILE from WordPress blogs and good SEO.
Time is definitely money and you need to be careful where you invest it.
