Don’t Forget That You Are Here Because You Loved It
This one is for those who once believed that blogging is their passion and now finding it hard to continue with it.
I first read this post here on Danlew who says you must prepare yourself before writing a new post on your blog.
I am writing this post for those who started blogging because they loved it, have passion for it but now finding it hard to chase their dream to become a pro blogger.
This post is an attempt to remind all those guys that blogging wasn’t something which they started just because some of their friends were blogging, but they started it because they love this more than anything else.
If you are the one among those and still feel passionate about blogging then in this post I will try to get you back to the driving seat and help you to start it all over again.
Things you can do to pump up and rejuvenate yourself for your blogging love and affection;
#1 Read your old posts and your readers comments
Reading your very own old posts can be a good way to make yourself realize that you have come a long way baby, How people appreciated your efforts, how someone making remark in comments that you just gave them a great piece of advice that ultimately help them do better blogging.
#2 Read your idol’s inspiration posts, those posts which initially encourage you to start your own blog
Read something which initially inspired you to jump into blogging arena. I am sure you have someone as your idol, you always wanted to be like him, if you now feel like going away from your biggest passion, just read again those posts after reading which you find out your interest about blogging that ultimately converted into a passion.
#3 may be you are loosing interest because you find yourself not that much passionate about your niche [Change it]
May be you are still passionate about blogging but not very much interested in your blog niche, so if you find it hard to keep on going along with that niche, may be you can switch it to the one which interest you most.
#4 Ask yourself again, Is it so hard for you to follow your dream path?
If you decided once that blogging is the thing where you would stake your claim, and now you are finding it difficult to establish yourself to become a better blogger then ask yourself what you what to do with your dreams of becoming big blogger, are you really in a mood to forget about all what you have done or do you have some energy left in you to fuel that passion again. You can get the best answer from yourself. No one can judge you better than yourself.
#5 Give yourself some time and come back again with the BANG ( With a rock solid brand new Idea)
Giving yourself some time would be a great idea, perhaps you are having trouble keeping the momentum, better you stay from it for some time, develop some new ideas, come up with some fresh plans and make it large.
Have you heard about those great come back stories.
It happens, time dose not remain equal.
The only thing which I know about you is that ” You can do it”.
As people grow their views on many things changes. That is why sometimes you have to find a new niche. You may have realized that you just do not care about what you started out with. It happens
In My view, if you are blogging to make money then you tend to loose interest in future as you have expectations instead of hobby.
It you are doing as a passion then would be always rich with content and other will follow your posts.
The points are really useful it will also help us check on the error which were made in past and will also help for future as well.
Yes, i too do read some of the old posts of mine, when I get distracted or really talking disheartened of any reason with my blog. It makes me feel I am required to do my work no matter what. Thanks for the post
